"The biggest lesson I learned is don't ever give up."
– Charlie Sibert
If there were a generation that did not know the meaning of 'quit', it was the WWII generation. Most of the world's population, past, present, and future will never know what it's like to be a prisoner of war. Most of us live lives of relative freedom, therefore, it is hard to conceive of living under guard with no way of knowing the outcome...life or death. So, when men like Charlie share this lesson, we take notice. And should strive to apply the same lesson to lesser trials in our lives. If our POW's did it, we can purpose to do the same.
This is: "Sibert, a service story".
