To see South Korea today, it strains belief to realize it once was a poverty stricken, desperate country. The modernization and global economy that is South Korea today is owed in large part to American servicemen, and other United Nations partners who fought to stop Communism from taking over the entire country. Though in America it is often referred to as the "forgotten war", to Koreans, it is certainly the "remembered war".
This is: "Dixon, a service story".
